AVERAGE PEOPLE NEED TO BE TRAINED IN THE MILITARY, REGIMENTED, AND USED TO DO PUBLIC WORK

I am going to say something that I know will make me hated by many folks. So be it. The truth ought to be said without regard to what folks would say about the sayer.
Average folks are exactly that, they have average intelligence (IQ ranging from 85-115) and are happy with their lives on earth. They do not wish to be anything other than what they are. Since they are not very smart, they do what the leaders of their society, who are usually above average in intelligence but not gifted, ask them to do.
The typical political leader is above average in IQ, ranging from 118 to 130. A superior IQ begins around 132. People with superior IQ do not do well in politics but are at their best in doing research and or teaching at universities.

The average person ought to be recruited into the military and serve, at least, twenty years in it. He needs to be regimented and used to serve the public’s good; we need to stop deluding ourselves with the belief that all people are capable of making informed decisions, hence democracy, and instead emphasize aristocracy, rule by the best (as Plato delineated in his seminal book, The Republic).
The tragedy of the USA is that it allows average folks to participate in politics, in ruling the human polity. Look, if your IQ is less than 130, which is the fate of over 98 percent of humanity, you are too dumb to know what is good for society, and ought to listen to those who study society and presumably know what is good for it.
The average person does not know what is good for their society, and that is why the sociopaths that run Western and African countries easily exploit these dumb folks. If you have not studied capitalism, socialism, communism, and corporatism and other forms of the political economy, and come to conclusions as to what best serves your society’s economic interests, you have no business pretending to make informed decisions on the political economy.

We must not expect much from average folks but instead guide them to do the right things for society.
Human beings ought to start telling each other the truth. When I am talking to average folks, for example, I humor them by saying that I believe that they are capable of having reasoned thoughts. In fact, if you want to discourse cerebral stuff you scare them and you therefore learn to pretend to listen to them but consult experts before making decisions on any issue you want to make a decision on. You talk to a civil or structural engineer concerning building bridges, not the average Joe Blow.
In Africa, a cadre of well-educated and naturally intelligent folks ought to stop the charade of democracy and simply govern the continent and modernize it within thirty years. They must bring Africa to the level of China in a jiffy, regardless of the cost to the people’s so-called freedom. They must do whatever drags that backward continent to the modern world, and that is fine with me.

Lee Kwan Yi of Singapore was an elitist who used his raw intelligence and education to modernize his country and did not listen to the democratic shibboleth that leaders ought to do only what the people desire, and ought to listen to every Tom, Dick, and Harry on public policies.
You need, at least, a master’s degree in economics, combined with political science and or MBA (plus grounding in basic physics, chemistry, biology, geology, astronomy, Western Political philosophy…if you cannot discourse Plato, Aristotle, Machiavelli, Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, Charles Montesquieu, John Mill, John Stuart Mill, Jeremy Bentham, Karl Marx, Adam Smith, Jean Jacque Rousseau, Voltaire, and other political theorists what the hell are you doing in politics?) to run the modern political economy.
Remove the dullards pretending to rule Africa and replace them with the few intelligent folks in Africa.
