Some alienated youths in France are demonstrating and destroying property. Many of them, apparently, are children of immigrants.
Beholding such senseless destructiveness, European and American racists are crawling out of the woodwork, saying: we told you, these people do not belong in Europe. They do not want Africans in their world, except when they wanted to use them as slaves.
Africans are already in “their world,” and they have to contend with that reality. Since they seem too ahistorical to know it, may I remind them that Africans are part of this world and have a right to live in every part of this world and do not need to obtain anyone’s permission to do so.
The artificial national boundaries people set up to protect for themselves what belongs to all people do not eliminate the reality that the entire world belongs to all people.
In response to changes in weather, birds migrate to all parts of the world and do not need human permission to do so.
Human beings who would like to consider themselves the highest form of animals try to keep people out of their supposed countries, hence making conflicts and wars inevitable.
Homo Sapiens evolved in Africa about 300, 000 years ago. About 100, 000 years ago, some Africans spread to all parts of the world. Africans settled in all parts of the world to form the present human races.
As in the old days, Africans have a natural right to live in every part of the world, especially now that the white race has shown itself as totally cowardly and incapable of doing anything right except manufacture military weapons with which to wipe themselves out of existence.
Ultimately, it will take Africans to civilize the neanderthals that have refused to learn and practice social and economic justice, and love for all people.
Let us examine some of the excuses they give for racism. They claim that Africans are unintelligent (they used to simply say that Africans are inferior people).
They claim that Africans’ IQ is exceptionally low. They say that the average African’s IQ is 75, and that African Americans’ average IQ is 85 (because they were influenced by white folks).
They claim that the average IQ of white folks is100. They say that the average IQ of East Asians is 115. They say that the average IQ of Jews is 110.
If we accept the IQ shibboleth, East Asians are superior to white folks; I am sure that white folks probably will not be willing to accept that claim.
IQ is related to written culture and how well one has learned that culture’s parameters. East Asians have had 4000 years of writing and centralized governing culture, whereas Europeans have had 2000-3000 years of written culture. The 1000-year gap between East and West fully explains the fifteen-point higher average IQ found in East Asians over Europeans.
Africans entered the writing culture mostly in the twentieth century; African Americans did so in the nineteenth century.
If it is true that there is a fifteen-point difference in IQ between African Americans and white Americans, it can be fully explained by how long ago they learned to read and write.
Regarding the supposed average IQ of 75 in Africans, may I ask: who exactly has assessed all Africans, or a useful sample of Africans, to ascertain that figure?
Where did the idiots who talk about IQ pick up that figure? They probably felt that, since, according to their IQ tests (WAIS, WISC, and Standard Binet), an IQ of 70 denotes the beginning of mental retardation, and they want to say that Africans are mentally retarded, they picked from thin air the nonsense that the average African IQ is 75.
I do not know what the average Africans IQ is, and I doubt that you can ascertain it by assessing Africans with IQ tests designed to evaluate people at Palo Alto and Berkeley, California (where Lewis Madison Terman lived when he designed his Stanford part of the Stanford-Binet IQ test), or in Paris (where Binet lived when he designed his Alfred Binet IQ test).
You must use African symbols of intelligence to evaluate Africans’ IQ. The average twelve-year-old African child understands his village environment better than the fools who talk about intelligence without understanding that what people consider worth knowing is what enables them to adapt to their natural environment.
One is not making excuses for anything because, to one, the so-called Western IQ tests are a joke and, as such, can hardly evaluate anyone’s true level of intelligence! To one’s awareness, no one with an IQ of over 200, the supposed super brainy folks, has won the Nobel Prize in physics, chemistry, or physiology/medicine.
They say that Africans are unable to organize Africa and cannot govern themselves. James Watson, the guy who, with Francis Crick, won the Nobel for discovering DNA (they allegedly cheated the real discoverer of the DNA, Rosalind Franklin), said something to that effect. Interestingly, one of the man’s grandmothers was an African American woman. They generalize and say that if Africans were brought to the Western world, they would not be able to govern it. Thus, Africans must be kept out of the West.
What they forget to say is that until the nineteenth century, Africans were living in a different world. The West came and imposed on them its unnatural worldview. Africans tried to graft those Western views onto Africa, and they failed.
The result is the chaos we see in contemporary Africa.
It takes a couple hundred years for cultures to mix and form a new stable culture. It will probably take some time for the African worldview to interact with Western and Arab worldviews to form a new stable worldview; a new culture that enables them to govern themselves correctly.
The synthesis of many cultures is not done overnight. Eventually, Africans will synthesize the various worldviews foisted on them and their own worldview into a new pattern on how to govern themselves well.
The West organizes its society by a small elite exploiting the masses. Kings, aristocrats, and billionaires rule the West and the Arab world. Clearly, this is an outmoded form of social organization and is on its way out.
Africans will come up with an effective way to govern themselves, not doing it as it is done in Arabia, Europe, and America, and thereafter give that information to the West and the Arab world (the Muslim Arab world is moribund; all it seems to know is to kill people in the name of their non-existent God, his violent prophet).
The first black African country to gain independence from European colonial rulers was Ghana in 1957. The other African countries gained their independence in the 1960s, with a few doing so in the 1970s, and South Africa being the last to do so in 1994. We can say that Africans have, more or less, been ruling themselves for seventy years. That length of time is not exactly long enough to have formed an excellent pattern of governing themselves.
Before their encounter with Europeans in the nineteenth century, Africans were living in what anthropologists called preliterate societies; in my language, they were living in the pre-scientific age.
Clearly, most African countries are not well ruled; in fact, they are all in varying degrees of collapse. Africa’s old cultures have collapsed, and the new ones grafted onto them that they try to live with are also collapsing. The ensuing chaos and anarchy are inevitable.
From the ashes, a new phoenix will rise.
DISCUSSION
The purpose of this essay is to unequivocally state that inherited African cultures have collapsed and that the Western and Muslim Arab cultures grafted onto Africans have also collapsed.
Both had to collapse because Africa’s past was pre-scientific and could not cope with the exigencies of our highly scientific and technological world.
The European Judeo-Christian and Arab Muslim cultures foisted on Africans were based on a small ruling class exploiting the masses, and Africans could not do well in that alien culture.
Africa’s old and Africa’s borrowed Western and Arab cultures have failed. This is not necessarily a terrible thing. Both had to fail.
Sooner or later, Africans will find a synthesis of the three cultures struggling for their soul.
When that is achieved, a new human civilization emerges in Africa. Africans will then give that new worldview to the entire world.
As they spread to all parts of the world, as Africans of old 100, 000 years ago spread to all over the world, Africans will go to all parts of the world with their new and invigorated culture, a scientific culture that will change the trajectory of humanity.
Clearly, the Christian West and Muslim Arabs are lunatics; they are a people that exist like leeches, to exploit other people to live well; that cannot last much longer.
CONCLUSION
Africans will synthesize their old worldview with European and Arab worldviews and come up with a new paradigm of reality and, with it, resurrect from their present metaphorically dead selves.
The moribund European, American, and Arab world needs to be reborn in light of reason. Pure reason tells us that we must love ourselves and love all people if we want to live in peace and in a well-organized polity.
Africans will bless the world with a new scientific culture (that operates with the scientific method) that emphasizes love for all humanity.
Racists talking about Africans’ supposed low intelligence and inability to govern themselves and using that seeming empirical fact to tell their people that they should not allow Africans in the Western world because, if allowed, Africans would destroy their civilization are smart by half.
Here is the uncomfortable fact. The entire world belongs to all human beings. It is not up to racists to decide where people should live.
Of course, if they have military power, they can temporarily do so, but that does not mean that what they did is right.
What is right is that all people are entitled to live in every part of the world. However, since people can only live together in peace and do so productively, we have to teach all people what I call scientific culture that does everything according to the methods of science.
This new culture accepts only what is in accord with science and pure reason. You cannot keep people away from any part of the world; wishing to do so is childishness, the type of childishness that motivated Adolf Hitler to embark on killing those he believed were subhuman beings.
What we now need to do is give all human beings, regardless of where they live in this world, publicly paid education through university-level education that emphasizes science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
One hopes to see a world that is based on science, not the nonsense of this or that people’s particular culture; we need the universalistic culture of science.
They say that you cannot step into the same river twice. Life flows, and you cannot go back. The fact is that events in science and technology are bringing people together. It is not up to us whether to like living with people from all parts of the world or not; we must, because we all own the world.
What is up to us to do is make sure that those near and far from us live with a common culture because culture is a way for people living together to get along with each other.
Multiculturalism and cultural relativism are liberal nonsense that cause divisions and fragmentation of people into warring camps.
People need a common cultural frame of reference to be able to see phenomena the same way or almost the same way.
A culture based on science is the only thing that is capable of giving all humanity a universal cultural framework with which they can get along with each other.
Trying to keep people away from your group on account of their color is childish.
Regarding religion, we can and must keep out violent religions, such as Islam, but not the people. We can ask Muslims in our midst to convert to Christianity or simply live according to the parameters of science, but we must not allow them to practice Islam, for that religion is a violent political ideology with which Arabs want to dominate the world and return it to seventh-century primitive Arab cultural ways.
