Personality is encoded in electrons in our bodies

PERSONALITY, SELF CONCEPT AND BEHAVIOR AND THINKING ARE DONE WITH ELECTRONS/LIGHT IN OUR BRAINS AND BODIES; LEARNED BEHAVIOR IS ENCODED IN ELECTRONS; LIKE IN A COMPUTER, THEY AFFECT OUR CURRENT BEHAVIORS AND THAT IS WHY BEHAVIORS ARE DIFFICULT TO CHANGE

The individual’s self-concept, personality and behavior pattern are encoded in electrons and are stored in his brain; his current behavior is mediated by electrons and light; because past learned information is stored in electrons in his brain, and thinking is done through electrons, they affect his current thinking and behavior and make it difficult for him to change his behaviors.
For example, when you are angry you sense excitement in your body; what is happening is that electrical ions are aroused in your body and they make you literally feel supercharged, electrified and that makes for the rapid thinking and behavior and poor judgment of angry persons.
Anger behavior patterns one learned in the past is now encoded in one’s bodily electrical grid and if triggered one discharges that anger like an electrical surge in one’s body.

IF ONE HAD POSITED AN IMAGINARY GRANDIOSELY POWERFUL SELF, AN UNREAL SELF, ONE NOW OBEYS IT AND AVOIDS PEOPLE TO GO PRESERVE IT

In childhood if you invented a false, powerful self, a wished-for self that you believe that if you are it, that it would enable you to banish your problems, you now literally live to protect that false self. That false, powerful self does not protect you; instead, you devote most of your energies to protecting and defending it, a self that is of your invention and is useless to you.
In the here and now world, you avoid situations where you are likely going to make mistakes and be not powerful. In social avoidance you retain the imaginary big self.
In social avoidance you become a failure in life. You do not live fully in society and do not make money to live well for everything we do is done in society, nothing is accomplished in social isolation.
So, to protect a nonexistent, deluded big self you withdraw from society and live on the margins of society, in the shadows.
When I was at school, I was so afraid of failing that I avoided my teachers and kept mostly to myself; I had very few friends. This is the behavior pattern of shy kids, in contemporary psychiatric language, of anxious, avoidant personality disordered persons.
The funny part is that since I am generally very bright if I had good interpersonal relationships, I would have had more opportunities in my life. if I had not withdrawn from people to go protect my false, big self who knows where I would be today.
I guess that studying the phenomenon of self-concept is the next best thing that I could accomplish.

YOU CAN DELIBERATELY CHOOSE TO LET YOUR SELF CONCEPT, PERSONALITY, BEHAVIOR PATTERN GO AND SIMPLY STOP THINKING AND BEHAVING FROM THE SELF THAT YOU HAD IN THE PAST

After you have studied your personality (I suggest that you see a clinical psychologist and take a personality and IQ test to help you understand yourself) and behavior and thinking pattern, you can consciously decide not to think and behave as you did in the past.
You can deliberately choose to let go of your personality, ego or whatever you call your self-concept and self-image. If you do so you would have no self that you know of. In Buddhist terms, you would be emptied of the ego separated self.
The ego separated self, that is, the human personality is a mental construct; the ego is a learned self, it is not who one is; it is one that constructed it, it is not real; it is a chimera, a puff of smoke; it is not who one is. Let it go.
Do not think and behave from your known self-concept, personality, ego parameters; just keep quiet. You will be internally quiet and calm.
Somehow, henceforth you will think and behave appropriately when you are not guided by a wished for false, deluded grandiose self.

Postscript:

If you are a psychotherapist (psychiatrist or psychologist) please employ the ideas in this brief cogitation in dealing with your patients. Much of contemporary Western psychology is shoddy. It needs to be overhauled; that is the task that I set for me to accomplish. I factor in rational religions, such as Buddhism and Gnosticism in my work; I call my work Spirit and Science; l use the scientific method to understand people; people have spiritual and biological aspects.
