All human problems emanate from desire for the ego, giving up the ego solves those problems

All human beings problems arose from their desire to have separated self-concepts; with that desire they invented space, time and matter and used matter to house each of their seeming separated self in bodies and have it seem to walk in space and time and defend it; defense makes it seem to exist for them.

In truth, the ego separated self does not exist; the ego is an illusion; the ego self-concept and the world of space, time and matter it lives in are illusions, dreams. These fictions exist because people desire them to exist.

The solution to all human problems is really simple: people should give up their desire for separated selves; people should not defend the separated self and its world of space, time and matter, for all four are illusions. If we do not defend the ego, space and time and matter they disappear from our awareness.

In the present, we are already in ego, space, time and matter and defend them. We defend them because we want to be in them.

The Christian church says, okay, go ahead and live in the illusion that you live in a self apart from God but let the Holy Spirit  guide your ego and world; he will help you to use your ego and body, though nonexistent, to love other egos and bodies (also nonexistent). If we use our egos to love other egos we make our illusory world a happy dream.

Alternatively, we can simply give up the desire for ego and be quiet; we can meditate and in meditation deny the existence of the ego and its world and see this world disappear. The universe is a dream and can disappear and we revert to experiencing the world of formless light, aka heaven.

You should not go about preaching to other people to give up their egos for that is not your function; your sole function is to give up your own ego and leave it to other people who came here to be egos to decide when to give them up.

People came here to be separated ego selves and will only give them up when they have had enough suffering (as Gautama Buddha pointed out, the ego is the root of all human suffering). When we give up our egos we, like the prodigal son, return home to God and his heaven, the world of formless light.

Salvation is attained one at a time; I must be saved and leave it to other people to decide when they want to be saved.

To be saved is to give up my identification with the ego separated self, and simply relax back into my true self, the Christ self and, ultimately, return to the awareness of the formless self that is the son of God.

The son of God, our true self,   is the other side of the coin called God; God is the head of the coin and his son is the tail of it; both sides coexist forever and ever.
