The Trump Presidency may not end well

Written by

I am not necessarily a believer in karma but something tells me that Donald Trump's presidency may not end well? Somehow, I believe that there must be a payback for the man because of what he did to Obama; I am talking about the Birther thing.

Trump jumped unto the Birther movement and doubted that Barack Obama was born in the USA. He knew too well that he was born in Hawaii but he chose to make hay of the doubt raised by racists who did not want a black man to be the US President.

That birther thing was aimed at delegitimizing the presidency of Obama. To its believers, Obama, a black man is not the president of the USA. It was self-deluding denial of political reality to retain the illusion that America cannot be ruled by non-whites.

How was it possible for Obama's 18 year old poor mother to go to Kenya to go give birth to him and then come back to Hawaii and have a hospital say that he was born there and a newspaper publish it? These beliefs were mind boggling. But Trump chose to ignore reason and manipulated the birther brouhaha.

Indeed, he rode that movement of white resentment of a black man as the president to the White House.

In my judgement, what Trump did was not only cynical but evil; somehow, I believe that evil behavior is punished; in that light, I believe that Trump must be punished for being racist and evil; the punishment is that his presidency may not end well.

I am not sure how it would all work out. I sense either impeachment, resignation or something even worse for this narcissist who has no morality. The man, in pursuit of social attention and admiration, does not mind exploiting people to get what he wants (he has just used the white working class to ride to the White House) and discarding them like rag dolls; this man has no conscience, no sense of good or bad; in fact, he is, more or less, like an anti-social personality who operates outside the parameters of morality; the man does not feel remorse or guilt for any wrong he did (he does not even acknowledge that he does wrong, a characteristic of narcissists who always blame other people for their wrongs and in so doing retain a sense of childish innocence while committing evil). Trump is probably a psychopath?

This man joined a racist birther movement when he believed that it might help him ride the bandwagon of hate to the white house.

This man's flippant evilness cannot go unpunished. Somehow, he will be punished by the universe. Wait, watch and see as the evil fall and fall hard.

The man has been in office for less than a month and his presidency appears to be unravelling! His signature executive order, banning immigration from certain countries has already been nullified by judges; his national security adviser has just resigned because of alleged conversations with the Russian ambassador in Washington prior to Trump taking power on January 20, thus risking been convicted of guilt of the 1799 Logan Act (it states that non-authorized persons should not negotiate for the US government, General Flynn was not authorized to negotiate for the USA in December); questions regarding his relationship with Russia; was he in Russia's payroll, and why did he refuse to release his tax returns, what is he hiding, hiding money obtained from Russia, did Russia hack US elections on his behalf? And a whole host of other issues are besetting this man's young presidency.

The man's wings are already being clipped; the thuggish swagger (he talks and walks like a school yard bully, disgusting) that he showed during the first two weeks of his administration when he felt like God himself who had the ability to do whatever he wanted is now gone; he now looks broken and in a few months he will realize that he is a mere man and does not have the type of grandiose power he, in his childishness, had imagined that he had; his age would soon start showing, as he said; "another day in paradise" would no longer be paradisiacal but hellish and his old age would show; this man may be shoved off the stage in an ignominious manner.

May be this conclusion is my wishes; be that as it may, it is what I think will happen. Let us then wait and see if it would come to be or whether the universe is an amoral place where amoral nitwits like Trump go scot free despite committing evil acts.
