The pursuit of the ideal self is war on your body and real self

The desire for the ideal self is a ruse for one to use one's mind to keep attacking another part of one's mind, the real mind.

The false mind, that is, the ideal mind and ideal self, attacks the real mind; the real mind is associated with body; a body seen as not good enough, just as God is seen as not good enough  hence justifying attack both of them hence attacking the real self and attacking God and his son.

In absolute terms, body does not exist but made to seem to exist and made sick as a ruse to tell one that it is not good therefore justifying hating it, rejecting it and attacking it, trying to destroy it and replace it with an imaginary ideal body.

This is betrayal of your real self, is disloyalty to your real self, soul, the son of God; it is an attempt to destroy your real self, the son of God and replace him with an imaginary ideal ego self.

The imaginary ideal self is conceptual and perceptual and, as such, is unreal and cannot ever come into being.

The real self, the son of God in you cannot ever be killed; attacking it is merely making life unnecessarily miserable for one. The ego does not want you to be at peace and happy.

From now on one must accept one's body as it is; one must accept other people's bodies as they are; one must never wish for  body to be ideal, for pursuit of ideal body is a ruse to reject one's body and attack  it hence attack the real self.

No more attack on your real self; no more efforts to become an imaginary ideal self that cannot exist for if it exists the real-self dies. But the real self is eternal and cannot die so it is pointless attacking it to make it miserable.

What is going on here is an attempt to kill the son of God, your real self, hence kill his father, God. Stop this war on your real self, and on your father, God.

If you kill the son, your real self, you kill his father, God.  But you cannot kill the son of God and his father so you might as well stop the stupid effort to destroy eternity, for all you do is making you miserable.

You do not have to be miserable; all you have to do to feel peaceful and happy is to accept your body as it is, not as your imagination wants it to be and accept what your body hides, your real self, the son of God dreaming that he is a separated self in body.

Stop trying to change you and other people; for that amounts to trying to kill your and people's real self (done under the ruse that their bodies are not good enough).

You declared war on yourself and people when you rejected your body and real self and seek ideal self; you give you and people war, and lack peace.

This is not to say that body is real; no, body is not real; body is a dream figure we made to hide the part of mind we separated from God and from each other and consider our separated mind. In the dream body houses the separated mind.

The same son of God who wishes to separate from God and house his self in the body he made also made his body sick so as to occupy his mind with efforts at trying to reject and hate it (and heals it); making body sick and trying to heal it makes it seem real in ones awareness.

It is your mind and our collective minds (unified mind) that invented your body and other persons' bodies and make them sick so as to see ourselves as bodies and respond to bodies and make it seem like body determines what we do.

No, it is mind that determines even the existence of body and makes it healthy or sick. For now accept that body is the house of the separated mind and accept that body, even if in the long term body, matter, space and time do not exist (they are illusions that seem to exist and have effect but do not exist and have no effect; only mind exists and has effect).

For now body seems to exist so accept it and make it as healthy as you can; stop rejecting your body; that is, stop hating and attacking your body to get at attacking your real self and make it miserable, as the ego wants you to do for the ego wants you to be miserable.

The ego does not want you to be happy for it thinks that you ought to be punished for the guilt of separating from God. God knows that you cannot and did not separate from him hence has done no wrong and, as such, is not guilty and is not to be punished.

God wants you to have a happy dream in your dream that you are separated from him; you are always in him and while in him dream that you are separated from him.

In the world of space, time and matter make yourself happy and peaceful by accepting and loving your body and by accepting and loving other people's bodies.

In eternity you are always happy and peaceful because you accept your formless (bodiless) self and its mind.
