Someone has to say the uncomfortable truth, the truth that most people are afraid to say. People are afraid to say that truth lest they are seen as racist or hate black folks. Black folks themselves who are aware of this dreadful truth about their people are afraid to say it because they lack the courage to withstand the braying of their fellow blacks against them for saying it; they fear that they may be seen as self-hating blacks! Thus, there is a conspiracy of silence where most people know the truth and no one wants to say it.

It is time that we ended this conspiracy of silence and articulated that truth. I have volunteered to be the truth sayer regarding black folks. For saying this truth I will probably be vilified and crucified by black folks. So be it; any human being who chooses to talk about the truth must be prepared to be vilified. People generally live lies and those who insist on the truth are not the friends of mankind. We always kill our truth Sayers.

The truth is that black folks, be they Africans in Africa or blacks in the new world, have a serious character flaw and until they fix that flaw they are not going to take off economically. Please notice that no black run country in Africa and the Caribbean has taken off economically.

We have been given politically correct but pseudo reasons why Africans are backward but it is now time to face the real reasons why so far black folks are not able to develop their countries.

Black folks character foible is that they are always looking for scapegoats to blame for their fate; they blame other persons for their situation; they do not take responsibility for their situation. Of course this trait is found in non-black persons but it is pronounced in the black world. Blaming other persons for ones problems is a human problem that is exaggerated in African persons.
